Knowledge Base: Contacts

Contacts provide a place to store a person's contact information including:

  • Email address (required)
  • Name
  • Nickname
  • Company
  • Phone numbers
  • Postal addresses
  • Gender
  • Notes

Other common names for contacts include:

  • Subscribers
  • Recipients

To create contacts manually (ideally suited for a small number of contacts):

  1. Click on the “Contacts” tab
  2. Click on the “New Contact” link
  3. Type in an “Email Address” and other information for the contact
    • Contact's information can be used to personalize emails, which typically improves the response rate
  4. Click the yellow “Create” button
    • You may have to scroll down to see the button
    • Alternately, to create another contact, click the “Create & Add New” button
