Invoices stamped with "In Progress" are not finalized, because email marketing and disk space plans can be upgraded during the billing cycle. If a plan is upgraded, a new line item will be added to the invoice for that billing cycle.

As soon as the billing cycle is complete and the invoice has been finalized, the "In Progress" stamp will no longer show on the invoice.
