Create individual contacts with more ease

To make creating individual contacts quicker and easier, we have revised the new contact page to only include the following fields:

• Email Address
• First Name
• Middle Name
• Last Name
• List

This expedites creating a new contact, but still allows the user to access all of the fields (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) after the contact is created.
