To cancel service, fill out the Savvy Sender contact form by selecting "Other" for the reason, type "Cancel Service" for the subject, and please let us know why you are cancelling service in the message field.
This must be completed by a user with the "Owner" or "Administrator" role. Cancellation requests from other users will not be processed.
After the cancellation request has been successfully processed by Savvy Sender, service will be cancelled on the last day of the current billing cycle. Any outstanding balance must be paid immediately by credit card.
