Knowledge Base: How do I change my username (login email address)?

To change your username (login email address):

  1. Click "Profile" (near the upper right corner)
  2. Click "Change Username" link
  3. Type your new username (email address) into the "New Username" field
  4. Type your current password into the "Current Password" field
  5. Type the "Characters" from the "Picture" into the "Characters" field
  6. Click "Change Username" button

When a username (login email address) is changed, a verification email will automatically be sent, and the email address must be verified by clicking the link in the verification email. If the verification email is not in your inbox, then we recommend checking your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
